CoachTrainer.AI gives coaches somewhere to practise between training and mentor sessions. An AI coachee answers in character, by text or voice; after the session the coach receives a report scored against the 8 ICF Core Competencies and the 37 PCC Markers, quoting the moments in the transcript that earned or missed each marker. It is built for coaches working toward ICF ACC, PCC and MCC credentials and for the schools that train them. CoachTrainer.AI is preparation, never a substitute: practice with an AI client does not count toward ICF coaching or mentor coaching hours. The first session is free; Pro is $19 a month and Max $49 a month. CoachTrainer.AI is a product of Agile Playground LLC.
Founder
Miroslav Ćurčić is the founder of Agile Playground LLC. A trainer and learning designer, he built CoachTrainer.AI after seeing the same gap in every coaching programme: people learn a skill in class and then have nowhere to practise it, and no structured feedback until they pay for mentor hours.
What it is — and what it is not
- Preparation, never a substitute. Sessions with an AI client do not count toward ICF client coaching hours or the 10 required mentor coaching hours. The product helps coaches arrive at mentor sessions better prepared.
- Independent. CoachTrainer.AI is not affiliated with or endorsed by the International Coaching Federation. ICF exam questions are confidential; our practice scenarios are original.
- Evidence-based scoring. Every score in a report points to the lines of the transcript it is based on, so a coach can check the judgement rather than trust it.
