Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of coachtrainer.ai (the "Service"), operated by Agile Playground LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

CoachTrainer.AI lets coaches practice coaching conversations with an AI-simulated client and receive automated feedback aligned with the ICF Core Competencies. The Service is a practice and learning tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or a substitute for the International Coaching Federation, its credentialing process, or mentor coaching, and it is not therapy, medical or legal advice.

• You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
• One person per account; accounts may not be shared or resold.

• Paid plans (Pro, Max) are billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled.
• New subscriptions may include a free trial. A payment method is required to start a trial; when the trial ends you are charged the plan price unless you cancel before the trial ends.
• Each plan includes a monthly session allowance (see the pricing page). Unused sessions do not roll over.
• You can cancel anytime from your account or by emailing us; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Promotional codes are subject to the conditions stated with the offer and may be withdrawn.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email.

The AI client and the evaluations are generated automatically by a large language model. They can be inaccurate, incomplete or inconsistent. Scores and suggestions are indicative only and do not certify competence or predict credentialing outcomes. Use your professional judgement.

You keep ownership of the messages and transcripts you submit. You grant us a licence to process them as needed to provide the Service (including sending them to our AI provider). Do not upload transcripts that contain personal data of real clients unless you have the right to do so; anonymise them first.

• Do not use the Service for anything unlawful, harmful or abusive, or to attempt to extract the underlying model or prompts.
• Do not scrape, reverse engineer, overload or interfere with the Service.
• Do not present AI-generated evaluations as official ICF assessments.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Service, including its software, scenarios, exercises, guides and design, is owned by Agile Playground LLC or its licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights other than the limited right to use the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Agile Playground LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You may close your account at any time by emailing office@coachtrainer.ai. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms or if we discontinue the Service, with reasonable notice where practicable.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Consumers in other jurisdictions keep any mandatory protections of their local law.

We may update these Terms; we will post the new version here and update the date above, and notify you by email of material changes. Continued use after the changes take effect means you accept them. Contact: office@coachtrainer.ai.
