Know your PCC Markers before you pay for a mentor hour
From 2027 your mentor coach observes your sessions against the ICF PCC Markers and documents your competence. Mentor hours are getting scarcer and pricier. Upload one real session now and see, marker by marker, what you already demonstrate and what an assessor would miss — with quotes from your own conversation. Your first review is free.

Questions
What do I get?+
A report on all 8 ICF Core Competencies: a score per competency, the 37 PCC Markers referenced by number where they were observed or missed (for example "6.3 — explored the client's emotions" or "8.5 not observed"), quotes from your own session as evidence, and one concrete suggestion per competency.
Does this replace ICF mentor coaching?+
No. ICF requires 10 hours with a human mentor coach — from 1 January 2027 a mentor holding the Mentor Coach Specialization (MCS) — and only their observations count toward a credential. This review is preparation: you find your patterns first, so mentor hours go to refinement.
What can I upload?+
An audio or video recording (mp3, m4a, wav, webm, mp4; up to 80 MB) — we transcribe it and separate coach and client automatically — or a transcript from Zoom, Teams, Otter or any tool, pasted or as .txt/.vtt/.srt. Get your client's permission to record; recordings are not kept after transcription.
Is the first review really free?+
Yes. Create an account and confirm your email; your first evaluation (a live practice session or a real-session review) is free with no card. After that, Pro is $19/month for five evaluated sessions.
How accurate is it?+
It is consistent and specific — it cites the exact markers and quotes — but it is an AI reading a transcript, so it cannot hear tone or see the room the way an MCS mentor can. Use it to prepare and to track progress between mentor sessions, not as a substitute for their judgement.
One session. Every marker. Free.
