Pricing FAQ
Is there a free option?
Yes. Create an account, verify your email, and your first full coaching session with its scored ICF competency report is free. No card is required. You can also try a five-exchange demo at /try and the ICF exam practice test without signing up.
What does Pro include?
Pro is $19 per month and includes 5 coaching sessions per month by text or voice, a scored report on all 8 ICF Core Competencies after each session with a PDF export, the custom scenario builder, focused exercises and progress tracking.
What does Max add?
Max is $49 per month and includes 15 sessions per month, everything in Pro, evaluation of your real sessions from an uploaded recording or transcript, and priority support. Each evaluation counts as one of your monthly sessions.
How does the 7-day trial work?
When you subscribe for the first time you get a 7-day trial. A card is required to start it, one session is included during the trial, and you are not charged until the trial ends. Cancel before then and you pay nothing. The trial is available once per account.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Use Manage subscription on your dashboard to cancel at any time in the Stripe customer portal, or email office@coachtrainer.ai.
When do I get feedback?
After the session. When you click Complete Session, the conversation is evaluated against the 8 ICF Core Competencies and you receive scores from 1 to 10, evidence quoted from your conversation and a suggestion per competency. There is no scoring during the conversation itself.
Is CoachTrainer.AI affiliated with the ICF?
No. CoachTrainer.AI is an independent practice tool aligned with the published ICF Core Competencies. It does not award ICF credentials, coaching hours or mentor coaching hours.
